  We have been taking our John Deere riding lawnmower here for service ever since purchasing it there quite a few years ago. Last year and again this year we have been extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. We send it early March while things are quiet. May 5th we had to call to request its return as we needed it. Both years it has not run well upon return- things that should have been noticed upon inspection. This year it had to be returned it was running so poorly. Both years we were charged for a wash and wax which was never done-it is returned filthy covered in dust and dirt.Unfortunately the service here has greatly deteriorated.

  We wanted to buy a John Deere zero turn ride-on lawnmower. We went to Premier three times to try to talk to a salesperson. We were ignored altogether and one time the sales person went to help someone who arrived after us. It would be beneficial if they had a '"take a number" option because that way patrons would have hope of talking to someone. After giving up, we went a little further up the road to Ag and Turf in Grassie where we had excellent customer service from Dave and Sharon who happily sold us a $6800 mower.

  Wouldn't pick up the phone any of the 13 times I called between 8am & 11:30am
